Admin Today we are going to make quick and tasty vegetarian soup. This soup is very easy and quick to prepare and cook, This isa veryexciting vegetarian soup.
Let’s see the ingredients of this quick and tasty vegetarian soup recipe..
Ingredients:
01) 2 cups of shredded mixed vegetables
02) 2 cups of water
03) 1 tablespoon of onions (chopped)
04) 1 tablespoon of garlic (chopped)
05) 1 tablespoon of celery (chopped)
06)1tablespoon of butter
07) 2 cups of milk
08) 2 tablespoons of corn flour
09) salt (according to taste)
10) white powder (according to taste)
11) to garnish use parsely (chopped)
Let’s see the preparation;
Preparation:
Take a soup pot. In this pot mix the vegetables, water, onion, garlic, celery, salt and butter. Now we will simmer this . We will simmerthis for fifteen minutes or we will wait till vegetables are tender. Now we will add milk in this and min it very well.
In the next step we will add gradually the cornflour mixed in a cold milk or we may use water for this. Now we will keep stirring this.
Now we will heat it and keep stirring this and start boiling this . NOw in the next step we will put off the heat.
Now in the very next step we will use pepper for seasoning.. Vegetarian soup is ready to be served .
To garnish this we may use chopped parsley.
