01) 1 tea cup of milk
02) 2 tablespoon of butter
03) 1 big onion in chopped form
04) 2 medium sized potatoes in chopped form
05) 2 carrot (chopped)
Now we will see the preparation of this vegetarian Indian recipe Carrot broth. The preparation is following:
Preparation:
In the first step we will take a vessel and fill with water and boil the chopped carrots and potatoes in that vessel for 5 to 7 minutes and make it tender and cooked.
Now in the next step we will make it cool and add some water and then we will start blending this in a liquidizer. Now we will strain and keep the puree aside.
Now we will take a pan and using this pan we will heat the butter using the medium heat and it will take few seconds for this. Now we will add the chopped onions in it and fry it on the medium heat. It will take four to five minutes and will continue to do this till onions are transparent.
Now in the next step we will add milk, salt, pepper and strained puree in it. We will stir it very well.
In the next step we will bring this to boil and we will keep it to low heat. It will take approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Now we will sprinkle the oregano and our carrot broth is ready to be served.
