These are very tasty and coconut cookies. These cookies will also be loved by your family and other friends and that is for sure! These cookies are called oatmeal coconut crunch cookies, and we are going to see the ingredients of these thanksgiving cookie recipe!
Ingredients:
01) 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
02) 1/2 cup of flaked coconut (it may be toasted if required or desired)
03) 1 teaspoon of baking soda
04) 15 to 20 fun size candy bars (coarsely chopped, preferably of Nestle)
05) 1/2 teaspoons of salt
06) 2 cups of oats (old fashioned)
07) 1 cup of butter (softened) or margarine
08) 2 large eggs
09) 2/3 cup of granulated sugar
10) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
11) 2/3 cup of brown sugar (packed)
Now let’s see the preparation.
Preparation:
In the first step of this thanksgiving cookie recipe we are just going to preheat the oven at 375 degree F or 190 degree C.
Now take a small bowl.Now we will combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in this bowl. Now take a large mixer bowl, we will beat granulated sugar, butter, brown sugar and vanilla extracts. It will become more creamy.
Now beat in eggs and gradually beat in the mixture of flour.
Now in the next step we will stir in oats, coconuts and chopped candy bars.
Now we will take ungreased baking sheets and drop by tablespoons (rounded).
In the next step we will bake it in the preheated oven and then make it cool for few minutes and make it cool completely.
We may also use Fun size bars instead of Nestle crunch candy bars.
