Admin Today we have a very tasty and delicious recipe for you, that is simple grilled chicken wings recipe.It is delicious because we combine grilled and smokey taste with our favorite wing sauce taste. It is very easy to prepare because we are not going to deal with disposal of all the oil.. And most importantly, it is healthier because they are grilled and fried one. Grilling the wings of chicken is very easy.
Let’s see the ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken wings
Salt (kosher)
Ground pepper (fresh one)
Wing sauce
Let’s see the preparation;
Preparation:
In the first step we will preheat the grill to medium high heat. Now we will grilled the chicken wings and tend to flare up a biton the grill. Now if we see flare up we will just squirt it down with a little water . Squirt bottle may be use as favorite tool of many grilling.
Now in the next step we will seasoning is done of the chicken wings and on all sides of kosher salt and ground pepper which should be fresh. Now we will cut off the actual wings’ tips which means the part of the wings that have no meat, because they just get in and make it so wings do not lay flat on the grill. Now the easy way to cut it is that we should trim the unwanted tip and just bend it down and cut it right at joint.
Now in the very next step we will arrange the wings on the grill and place the wings sauce into a pot and we will keep the heat very low. , We will make sure that we are not going to put the sauce on before grilling the chicken wings and also turn off the heat.!
The skin will soak , we will sauce up at the end and there is no need to put the sauce on first. and also we will bring the sauce to a light swimming while grilling the chicken wings and in the end we will turn the heat off.
We will continue to turn the chicken wings and we will continue to do this until the chicken is not pink any more.
It may take 15 mint or more , we will see the bubbles forming underneath the skin, these are formed from stream coming off, we will also keep the grill closed as much as to speed up the cooking and cut down on the flair ups.
Now we will toss the chicken wings in sauce from grill they will be nice and very hot. Now we leave them in sauce for few minutes.
Here we are ready to serve the simple grilled chicken wings.
