Ingredients:
01) 5 eggs
02) 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
03) 1 cup of milk
04) 14 ounces of condensed milk (sweetened)
05) 2/3 cups of sugar (white)

Preparation:
The preparation of this Quick and simple Mexican baked flan recipe is very simple and we will make the recipe with ease. In the first step of the preparation we will preheat the oven to 350 degree of F or 175 degree of C.
Now we will take a sauce pan, and using the medium heat we will heat the sugar. Now we will shake often in order to distribute the sugar and we will continue to do this until it is dissolved and the color is turning brown. Now we will lift the pan from heat source and the we will continue to make the color of the sugar brown and as a result the color will become dark golden brown. In order to crystallize the sugar we will continue to stir. Now we will pour caramelized sugar into 1 and half casserole dish. For this we may use a large loaf pan and swirl to coat the pan bottom evenly.
Now we will take the blender and combine the sweetened condensed milk, cream milk, vanilla extract and eggs in that blender. Now with the help of this blender we will blend this mixture for 1 minute using high. In the end we will pour over the caramelized sugar.
Now filled casserole dish will be placed into large pan and we will add water in outer pan.
Now the rest of the working is about the oven, we will bake it in the preheated oven and it will take almost one hour and the baked flan the is ready!
