Ingredients:

01)  2 tablespoons of basil leaves (dried)

02) 3 tablesopoons of fresh grated lemon peel

03) 2 tablespoon of  lemon juice

04) 1 cup of lite salad dressing

05)  1 CUP OF diced red onions

06) 1 cup of  pea pods (cut once accros)

07) 2 cups of red seedles grapes

08)4 cups of diced cooked chicken

Now we will see the preparation.

Preparation:

Take a large bowl and now we will toss chicken, grapes, pea pods and onion together.

Now we will take another bowl and we will mix together the following  ingredients in this separate bowl;

mix together salad dressing, lemon juice, lemon peel and basil leaves.

Now we will mix the dressing mixture into chicken mixture.

We will make it chill till is ready to be served. Now we will transfer the salad into serving bowl or on plate can be used for it. opn leaf lecttuce.

Chicken and onion should be diced to about 1/2 inch. Great use for leftover cooked chicken.
