Today we are going to make one of the very best and tasty recipe and that is italian butter cookie recipe. Ingredients:
01) 1 cup of sugar
02) 3 sticks butter
03) 1 and 1/2 eggs
To measure 1/2 an egg, place a whole egg in a small bowl and beat with a fork to mix well. Measure off 1 1/2 Tbsp. of beaten egg.
04) 2 and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
05) 1 and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
06) 3 and 1/4 cups of flour
07) a bag of wafers chocolate (melted)
08) jam about 8 ounce
We may use either raspberry or strawberry or red or green coloring of food if we want. These were the ingredients of this Italian butter cookie recipe. Now we will see the preparation of this Italian butter cookie recipe.
Preparation:In the first step of this recipe we will cream the butter and also add sugar and vanilla, now we will add the dry ingredients and mix it well.
Now we will heat the oven to 350 degrees of F and bake it at the this temperature for 5 to7 minutes. Watch them they will burn. Cool in pan before trying to move them. Having 2 pans going at once works best for us. Now we will melt the chocolate and now we will sandwich cookies by jam on one putting another on top of it and then we will dip the one end with chocolate and then with jimmies.
Now we will place it on the parchment paper and then we will allow the chocolate to harden before packing or we can also leave the parchment and eat it.
We can make it more tasty by having some changes in the preparation of this Watch them they will burn. Cool in pan before trying to move them. Having 2 pans going at once works best for me. Now we will see what are those Dip in jam instead of chocolate and roll in coconut or Drizzle melted chocolate with a fork.
