Ingredients:
01) 6 cups of scrambled cottage cheese that is also known as paneer
02) 3 medium sized onions (chopped)
03) 3 tablespoons of butter
04) 6 curry leaves chopped
05) oil
06) salt (according to your own taste)
07) Pepper (according to your own taste)
08) 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of cumin seeds (roasted)
09) 3 green chillies (chopped)
10) 3 flake garlic (chopped)
11) 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of hot and spicy powder usually known as garam masala
12) 3/4 teaspoons of turmeric powder
13) 3 tomatoes medium and chopped
14) chopped coriander for garnishing purpose
Now let’s see the preparation of this Indian vegetarian recipe
Preparation:
In the first step we will heat the butter / oil and make it very hot. In the very next step we will drop the cumin seeds in order to splutter them. Now we will add the green chillies (chopped), garlic and curry leaves in it. Now in the next step we will stir it for a few seconds and fry it.
Now in the next step we will add chopped onions and saute it in the heat for 3 to 4 minutes, and make sure that the heat is medium, it should not be very high or very low, and make onions crunchy and translucent.
Now in the next step we will add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper and turmeric powder in it. We will stir frying on heat for 4 to 5 minutes and make sure that the heat is medium and not very high and we will do this until the fat leaves the sides of pan
Now in the next step we will add garam masala powder and scrumbled cottage cheese in it and make a good mixture of it. Now we are going to cover it and start cooking on low heat and we will cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
To garnish this fast Indian vegetarian recipe we will use finely chopped coriander leaves
