Ingredients:
01) 16 pound turkey (young and should be frozen)
02) 1 gallon of water (the water should be heavily iced)
03) 1 and half teaspoon of candied ginger (chopped)
04) Half cup of sugar (light brown)
05) 1 gallon of vegetable stock
06) 1 and half teaspoon of allspice berries
07) One tablespoon of black peppercorns
These ingredients will be used for aromatics.
01) One sliced red apple
02) half sliced onion
03) One cup of water
04) 4 spring rosemary
05) 6 leave sage
06) Canola oil
07) 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation:
Two to three days before roasting we will begin thawing the turkey in refrigerator and in that cool place we will keep it at 38degrees of F.
Now we will take a stockpot and will mix the ingredients; salt, brown sugar, vegetable stock, peppercorns, candied singer and allspice berries. After mixing it in the stockpot we will keep it over the medium heat and will start stirring this in order to bring it to boil.Now w will remove the brine from heat then we will make it cool and refrigerate this.
Before we like to eat we will combine the brine along with water and ice an the bucket of 5 gallon and then we will keep the thawed turkey breast in brine and side down, we will also remove the inner of the turkey. It should be fully immersed and cover then we will refrigerate this almost eight to fifteen hours.
Now we will preheat the oven to 500 F. Now we will remove the bird from brine and rinse in and out side using cool water.
Now in the next step we will place the bird on the roasting rack inside the half sheet pan and then we will make it pat dry with the help of paper towel.
Now we will combine the ingredients including; apple, onion, one cup of water and cinnamon stick and the we will place it on the dish which is microwave save and in the end we will keep it in the microwave at high. Now add aromatics to the cavity with rosemary and sage. Now tuck the wings and coat canola oil.
Now we will roast the turkey on 400 degrees of F and it will take only 30 minutes. It will not take a time more than 3 hours and it will be roasted. This was all about the easy thanksgiving turkey recipe. We are hopeful you enjoy the recipe and make cooking with fun!
