Ingredients:
1/2 cup of whipped cream
10 ounce of mascapone cheese
2 tablespoons of anejo rum
15 strawberries (cleaned one)
1/4 cup of sugar (try to use it in the form of powdered)
1/3 cup of strong coffee
Ladyfingers
Garnishing ingredients:
Cocoa is used as garnishing ingredient and necessary thing is to use unsweetened.
Let’s see the preparative of this romantic strawberry tiramisu recipe.
Preparation:
Take a mixer and beat the yolk of eggs. We will use electric mixer so to make the pale more and more thicker. After that we will add marscarpone. After adding marscarpone we will beat it until it would be properly incorporated.
Now we will use a separate bowl for eggs white and will beat that eggs white in that bowl and make it soft. Now we are going to fold the cream into the mixture of cheese and after that we will fold it in eggs white. After that we will fold it in the strawberries.
Now we will use the same bowl and will ass rum and coffee and will mix it up. Half of the ladyfinger will be used and are placed in the mixture of coffee and rum. Note that we are not going to dip the entire ladyfinger because we will then place them in the dish in which we are serving and in the bottom of the dish.
Now we are going to spread the mixture of strawberry and cheese over these ladyfingers and dip the remaining ladyfingers in coffee and are placed over the cheese. If we have any cheese left we may spread it over.
We will make it cool using refrigerator or we will preferably refrigerate it for at least four hours.
Now its up-to us, how we will garnish it to give it more romantic look. We may use strawberry and cocoa to garnish it.
