Now let’s start to make these easy fried chicken recipes
Take a large bowl. Combine salt, flour, black pepper Rinse the chicken with water. Now we will dredge the chicken in to the mixture we prepared. We will keep this for 20 minutes. Now we will take butter milk in second bowl. We will dip the chicken in it. Now again dip this in flour mixture. Now take vegetable oil until the temperature reaches up to 360F. we may use oven. Now we will screfully place the pieces of chicken in oil in way the temperature of oil should not drop. We will try to place a normal piece of chickens in it just to avoid overcrowding. We will now fry the chicken until the color of the pieces of chicken becomes brown. It can take 15 to 20 minutes to fry it it depends upon the number of the pieces of chicken we are frying. Now we will check the doneness of the pieces of chicken and also the juices should run clear.
Now take a plate or tray on which you can place tissues, bring the pieces of chicken out and place this chicken on that plate. The purpose of that tissue is it will absorb the oil from the pieces of chicken.
Take a small plate on which you can put some sauce or catch up. Keep this with pieces of chicken. Easy fried chicken is ready to be served.
