Ingredients:
Optional ingredient2 cups of oil (olive or vegetable)
4 eggs
3 cups bread drumbs (dried)
2 tablespoons of parsley (dried basil)
2 cups of rice (uncooked)
1 teaspoons of black pepper (freshly ground)
3 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese (in form of cubes)
Let’s see the preparation of easy dinner party recipe.
Preparation:
Take a bowl and whisk the eggs together in this bowl. Next we are going to add parsley or basil, Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt in this bowl. Now we will cover it and then refrigrate it.
In the next step we take a saucepan and pour the chicken broth and also add a teaspoon of salt . Now we will bring it to boil. We will stire in the rice and keep it in mind that the heat is kept low. Now will start cooking the rice and as a result of which the liquid is almost absorbed. It can take 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove this from heat and pour it in the egg mixture we prepared above. stirring will be done continuously and coat the surface of rice and most important is to avoid the eggs from scrumbling. Now we will let the mixture of rice cool. For this we will place this mixture in the refrigerator and it may take 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour.
Now take a shallow dish and pour the bread crumbs into it.
Now we will dampen our hands with the water and will create the balls of the rice mixture and the coating is done with the help of bread crumb. Take a deep skillet and the oil is heated enough to cover these balls. The purpose is to sizzle piece of rice from mixture. We may use fryer for this purpose.
In the next step of easy dinner party recipe, we will fry the balls so that the color of these ball will become brown. We will now take paper towels, to drain these balls. We will serve this with sauce and serve warm.
In order to make this recipe better small cubes of mozzarella can be used and placed in the middle of each rice ball.
