Ingredients:
01) 9 ounce package chocolate wafer cookies crushed
02) 1/3 cup of butter in melted form
04) 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
05) 1/4 cup of whipping cream
06) 8 ounce of softened, packages cream cheese
07) 4 eggs
08) 1 tablespoon of of all purpose flour
09) 2 tablespoons of instant coffee granules
10) 1 tablespoon of hot water
11) 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
12) 2 tablespoons of confectioners sugar
13) 16 ounce of whole berry cranberry sauce
14) 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
15) 3/4 cup of whipping cream

Preparation:
Take a springform pan and combine cookies and butter press onto the bottom and about 2 in up side of greased in that pan and then we will keep this aside.
Now in a mixing bowl we will beat the cream and make it smooth. Now we will combine the sugar and flour and add to cream cheese and mix well. Now we will add eggs and then we will beat on the low speed and make it combined. Now we will take a small bowl and dissolve the coffee in water and the we will add cream and cinnamon. Now we will stir in the cream cheese mixture and blend it and the we will pour over the crust. Then we will place the pan on the baking sheet and we will bake it at the degree of 350 F and it will take almost 50 minutes and then we will make it cool on the wire rack for ten minutes and then we will run a knife on the edge of pan and make it cool for an hour.
Now we will take a saucepan and bring cranberry and cornstarch sauce to boil. Now we will cook and stir for two minutes and then we will make it cool. Now we will take a small mixing bowl and then we will beat the cream and vanilla extracts and we will make it softened. Now we will gally add confectioners’ sugar, beating until stiff peaks form and then we will spread over the cheese cake and then we will refrigerate this for 20 minutes.Now we will spread 1 cup of cranberry mixture to within 1 inch of edge and then cover and refrigerate this cranberry mixture.Now we will make it refrigerate the cheesecake overnight and before we serve this we will remove the sides of the pan and we will serve it with the remaining cranberry mixture.
