01) Chicken in sliced form
02) 3/4 cups of dry bread crumbs
03) Lemon zest
04) 3 tablespoons of Gin
05) 2 minced , garlic cloves
06) 2 tablespoons of salt
07) 1/2 teaspoons of dried thyme leaves
08) 1 and 1/2 cups of butter milk
09) 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Now we will see the preparation of this Cold picnic food recipe Crispy chicken.
Preparation:
In the very first step we will remove the skin from chicken. Now we will take a reasonable plastic bag. Then we will mix the chicken, butter milk and gin in it!
Now we will refrigerate that over night or for minimum time period of 1 hour.
Now in the very next step we will preheat the oven to 400 F.
Now we will coat a big baking sheet using cooking spray of vegetable.
Now we will mix the bread crumbs, lemon zest, salt, thyme, and Parmesan cheese using a wax paper sheet!
Now in the next step we will the pieces of chicken in the mixture and we will gently rolling them over it!
Now in the next step we will keep the chicken on baking sheet and we will keep the bone side facing downwards!
Now we will start the baking and keep it continue for 40 minutes and we will turn the chicken in between and keep it cook until the chicken becomes crispy!
