<p>Let&#8217;s see the ingredients of this quick and tasty vegetarian soup recipe..</p>
<p><em><strong>Ingredients:</strong></em></p>
<p>01) 2 cups of shredded mixed vegetables</p>
<p>02) 2 cups of water</p>
<p>03) 1 tablespoon of onions (chopped)</p>
<p>04) 1 tablespoon of garlic (chopped)</p>
<p>05) 1 tablespoon of celery (chopped)</p>
<p>06)1tablespoon of butter</p>
<p>07) 2 cups of milk</p>
<p>08) 2 tablespoons of corn flour</p>
<p>09) salt (according to taste)</p>
<p>10) white powder (according to taste)</p>
<p>11) to garnish use parsely (chopped)</p>

<p>Take a soup pot.  In this pot mix the vegetables,  water, onion, garlic, celery, salt and butter. Now we will simmer this . We will simmerthis for fifteen minutes or we will wait till vegetables are tender. Now we will add milk in this and min it very well.</p>
<p>In the next step we will add gradually the cornflour mixed in a cold milk or we may use water for this. Now we will keep stirring this.</p>
<p>Now we will heat it and keep stirring this and start boiling this . NOw in the next step we will put off the heat.</p>
<p>Now in the very next step we will use pepper for seasoning.. Vegetarian soup is ready to be served .</p>
<p>To garnish this we may use chopped parsley.</p>

This recipe is very tasty and tastes great after when you cooked! This recipe will make your cooking time more exciting and good, you will have a good time and you will going to enjoy this.<br />
Let&#8217;s see the ingredients.</p>
<p><em><strong>Ingredients:</strong></em><br />
01) 6 cups of scrambled cottage cheese that is also known as paneer<br />
02) 3 medium sized onions (chopped)<br />
03) 3 tablespoons of butter<br />
04) 6 curry leaves chopped<br />
05) oil<br />
06) salt (according to your own taste)<br />
07) Pepper (according to your own taste)<br />
08) 1 and 1/2 teaspoons   of cumin seeds (roasted)<br />
09) 3 green chillies (chopped)<br />
10) 3 flake garlic (chopped)<br />
11) 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of hot and spicy powder usually known as garam masala<br />
12) 3/4 teaspoons of turmeric powder<br />
13) 3 tomatoes medium and chopped<br />
14) chopped coriander for garnishing purpose<br />
Now let&#8217;s see the preparation of this Indian vegetarian recipe</p>
<p><em><strong>Preparation:</strong></em><br />
In the first step we will heat the butter / oil and make it very hot. In the very next step we will drop the cumin seeds in order to splutter them. Now we will add the green chillies (chopped), garlic and curry leaves in it. Now in the next step we will stir it for a few seconds and fry it.<br />
Now in the next step we will add chopped onions and saute it in the heat for 3 to 4 minutes, and make sure that the heat is medium, it should not be very high or very low, and make onions crunchy and translucent.<br />
Now in the next step we will add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper and turmeric powder in it. We will stir frying on heat for 4 to 5 minutes and make sure that the heat is medium and not very high and we will do this until the fat leaves the sides of pan<br />
Now in the next step we will add garam masala powder and scrumbled cottage cheese in it and make a good mixture of it. Now we are going to cover it and start cooking on low heat and we will cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.<br />

<em><strong>For Kofta:</strong></em><br />
01) 3  pound of potatoes<br />
02) 4 heaped tablespoons each of crumbled paneer, khoya and malai (thick), we may use baked ricotta cheese and heavy cream as alternative for this.<br />
03) 7 to 8  chopped cashew nut<br />
04) 2 tablespoons of raisins<br />
05) 4 green chillies (finely  chopped)<br />
06) Half tablespoon of sugar<br />
07) 2 tablespoons powder of coriander<br />
08) 2 tablespoons powder of cumin<br />
09) 2 tablespoons powder of  red chili<br />
10) 1 tablespoons powder of cardamon<br />
11) salt (according to your own taste)<br />
12) 5 tablespoons of oil<br />
13)  Oil (in order to fry the kofta)<br />
<em><strong>For gravy:</strong></em><br />
01) 3 onions chopped one<br />
02) 5 flakes garlic crushed one<br />
03) 2 inch crushed ginger<br />
04) 5 large pureed tomatoes<br />
05) 2 tablespoons of red chili in powder form<br />
06) 1 tablespoons of garam masala powder<br />
07) 1 tablespoons of coriander in powder form<br />
08) 1 tablespoon of cumin powder<br />
09) 3 to  4 tablespoons of poppy seeds<br />
10) 1 tablespoons of sugar<br />
11) 1 tablespoons of peanuts (grounded)<br />
Now let&#8217;s see the preparation.<br />

Preparation:</strong></em><br />
In the first step of the recipe we will boil the potatoes till tender. Now we will peel, mash and add salt to taste. Now we will keep it aside.<br />
In the next step we will mix the ingredients for kofta into a paste.<br />
Now we will make rounds of the potato dough and place  a small amount of prepared mixture in  the mid of each round.<br />
Now we will seal the edges and shapes into round (stuffed).<br />
In the next step we will make deep fry of each kofta and make it golden brown and now we will drain and keep aside.<br />
Now in the next step we will blend together the onions, garlic, ginger and  poppy seeds and make a fry in the oil until  the color will become brown and oil begins to separate. Now we will add pureed tomatoes and masala powders. In the next step we will add sugar and peanuts in grounded form<br />
Now we will see that the gravy will begin to thicken. If we want to make it more thick we will add some malai in it and mix it in water if we think it is necessary.<br />
Now we will see that if the gravy comes to boil, we will add kofta and heat through and malai kofta is ready to be served<br />
What we should keep it in our mind is that we should add kofta before we serve otherwise it will turn soggy.<br />
