			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today we are sharing with you one of the very simple and quick Mexican Fajitas recipe. This recipe is very quick and easy to made and we are sure that your family and friend will make it there favorite, it will give a new look to your dinning table.<br />
Now let&#8217;s see the ingredients.</p>
<p><em><strong>Ingredients:</strong></em><br />
01) 4 pound of skirt steaks (cut into large pieces)<br />
02) 1/2 cup of Mexican lime juice<br />
03) 4 cloves garlic (minced)<br />
04) 2 teaspoons of paprika<br />
05) 1/2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper<br />
06) 1 teaspoon of black pepper (grounded)<br />
07) 1 teaspoon of salt (according to your own taste)<br />
08) 1 cup of olive oil<br />
09) 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce<br />
10) 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce<br />
Let&#8217;s see the preparation.<br />

Preparation:</strong></em><br />
In the first step we are going to combine garlic, paprika, lime juice, oil, salt, peppers, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce and mix these. Now we are going to put fajitas into marinade and let us stand this for a time of 3 hours.<br />
Now we will remove the meat from marinade. In the next step we will cook it about 5 inches above the coal (hot) and mesquite.<br />
Now we will slice the meat into bite size strips. Now take a bowl and put the meat into it with 2 cups of lime juice.<br />
Now in the next step we will heat a cast iron skillet until it becomes very hot.<br />
In this step we will empty the bowl with its contents, sliced meat and lime juice into the hot skillet and we will remove it from heat. Now we will bring this to table in the skillet.<br />
we will serve this in hot flour tiortillas.<br />
We may top it with the help of pico de gallo, guacamole and hot sauce. In order to serve the fajitas encebollada or covered with onions  we will cook 1 onion (sliced) in 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of oil with a little garlic about 1 and 1/2 whole serrano chiles and the color of the onions are turned very brown.</p>

Ingredients:</b></i><br />
We are going to divide the ingredients of this recipe into three parts:<br />
<i><b>Cream</b></i><br />
01) 7 ounce carnation sweetened milk (condenses)<br />
02) 3 to 4 ounce of cream or we may use 1/2 cup of very heavy whipping cream<br />
03) 1/3 cup of evaporated milk<br />
04) 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br />
05) 1/6 cup brandy<br />
<i><b>Cake</b></i><br />
01) 1/2 cup of flour<br />
02) 3 large eggs (white)<br />
03) 3 large eggs (yolks)<br />
04) granulated sugar<br />
<i><b>Topping</b></i><br />
01) 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream<br />
02) 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract<br />
03) 1 tablespoons of granulated sugar<br />
So, let&#8217;s discuss the preparation</p>
<p><i><b>Preparation:</b></i><br />
<i><b>Cake:</b></i><br />
In the first step we will preheat the oven to 375 degree F or 190 degree C.<br />
Now we will take a spring form pan, grease and flour. Now take a large mixer bowl and beat the eggs whites and sugar in this bowl and will give it a stiff peaks form. Now take another medium bowl and mix the egg yolk and remaining sugar in that bowl, we will beat this until the color becomes yellow.<br />
Now fold egg white mixture and flour into the mixture of egg yolk. Now we will pour it in the already prepared pan.<br />
In the next step we will bake it for 10 to 15 minutes untill it takes the golden color and the wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Now we will remove it oven to wire rack.<br />
<i><b>Cream:</b></i><br />
We will take a medium bowl and combine creme, evaporated milk, brandy, vanilla extracts, sweetened condensed milk and stir it well. Now with the help of wooden pick prick the top of cake thoroughly. Now we will pour the cream over the cake.<br />
Now we will keep it for 20 to 30 minutes so that cake absorbs all the cream and we will also remove the side of pan.<br />
<i><b>Topping:</b></i><br />
Take a small bowl and beat sugar, vanilla extract and cream in that bowl and converts it into a stiff peak form. We may spread it over the sides and top of the cake and try to serve it with cream immediately.<br />

Let&#8217;s see the ingredients:</p>

<p>01) 4 cups sugar<br />
02) 4 cups flour<br />
03) 2 teaspoons of baking soda<br />
04) 1 teaspoon of salt<br />
05) 4 eggs<br />
06) 2 cup boiling water<br />
07) 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract<br />
08) 1 and 1/2 cup of cocoa (unsweetened)<br />
09) 1 cup butter (cut up)<br />
10) 1 and 1/2 cups of heavy cream<br />
11) 1 and 1/2 cups of pecans (toasted and chopped)<br />
12) 2 cups of butter (melted and cold)<br />
13) 1 cup of baking powder<br />
14) 2 cup of butter milk<br />
15) 7 ounce of Mexican chocolate<br />

Preparation:</em></strong></p>
<p>Firstly we will heat the oven to 360 F. Grease a baking pan and also line bottom with waxed paper, flour paper.<br />
Now we will take a large bowl and put together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Now take another bowl and put boiling water and cocoa and make it smooth one. Now we will stir the cocoa into dry ingredients and will use a rubber spatula and in the mixture will become dry.<br />
Now take vanilla, buttermilk, eggs, and butter in a bowl. Now we mill combine the both (buttermilk mixture and cocoa mixture) and make it smooth one. Now we will pour the butter into prepared pa and baking time for this is 40 minutes.<br />
In meanwhile we are going to take a microwave proof bowl and will place Mexican chocolate and butter, we will cover the bowl with plastic wrap and turn back to vent. To melt the chocolate, microwave is kept on high (1 and 1/2 minutes) and we will stir it until smooth. We will add cream now. Cover and microwave 2 minutes more and make the cream hot. We will stir it completely smooth and shiny.<br />
We will cool the cake in pan (on wire 5 to 7 minutes). Now we will pour frosting over hot cake. In the end sprinkle pecans over top and cool the cake completely.</p>
