Now we will take a skillet and using the medium high heat we will heat 1 tablespoon of oil and the we will add mushrooms and make it golden and it may take three minutes. Now we will add remaining tablespoon of oil, onions and peppers and then we will cook. Now we will make it slightly softened. Now we will add spinach and the remaining half teaspoon of each salt and pepper. Now we will toss and cook until spinach is wilted and the keep it aside.<br />
Now we will heat the oven to 350 degrees of F and then we will pour 1 and 1/2 cup of sauce into deep dish lasagna pan. Now we will layer the 5 lasagna noodles over the sauce and top with half of the cooked vegetables and a third of mozzarella. Now we will layer with five more noodles and then we will spread half of the noodles. Now we will top 1 cup of sauce and then add another layer of noodles then we will add the remaining third of the mozzarella along with the layer of noodles and the we will spread on the remaining ricotta mixture and 1 cup of sauce and last layer of noodles. Now we will add remaining sauce and mozzarella and the we will cover with foil and brake until it becomes bubbly, it would take 1 hour and 20 minutes.<br />

01) 1/3 cup of sugar (use brown sugar)<br />
02) 1/3 cup of squeezed orange juice (it should be freshly squeezed)<br />

04) 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<br />
05) 3 garlic cloves (use mashed garlic cloves)<br />
