Admin Today we are going to share with you our one of the very best birthday party recipe, in which we will prepare the banana cake. Using the ripe bananas we will make irresistible banana cake. This cake is easy and can be made quickly. It will help you to make your birthday party memorable, it is one the delicious birthday party recipe. Now let’s start with the ingredients of this birthday party recipe, banana cake.
For topping we will use pecan crumb.
Ingredients:

01) 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
02) 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
03) 1 teaspoon of baking powder
04) 2 cups of flour (all purpose)
05) 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
06) 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (fresh)
07) 1 and 1/3 cups of bananas fully ripe (mashed)
08) salt according to taste
09) i cup of butter (softened)
10) 3/4 cup brown sugar (granulated)
11) 2 large eggs
Ingredients of pecan crumb topping:
01) 3/4 cups of pecan (chopped)
02) 2 tablespoons of butter
03) 1/4 teaspoons of cinnamon (ground)
04) 1/4 cup of flour (all purpose)
05) 1/3 cup of brown sugar
Now let’s see the preparation:
Preparation:
Banana cake preparation:
In the very first step we will preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, we will lightly grease metal baking pan.
Now we will take a small bowl and mix vanilla, lemon juice and bananas in it. We will now take waxed paper and mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoons of salt and cinnamon in it.
Now we will take a large bowl, along with mixer that would be on medium speed, and will start beating the butter and sugar in it and will make it light and creamy and five minutes scraping the bowl often. Now we will add eggs one at a time and will beat it well before we add one more. Now on the low speed we will add flour and banana mixture, beginning and ending it with flour mixture. We will beat it till it becomes smooth.
Now we will spoon the batter in prepared pan and make spread over it that would be even.
Pecan crumb preparation:
Firstly we will take a medium bowl and prepare a mixture of brown sugar, flour and cinnamon with pastry blender and will cut in to butter until our mixture is resembled with coarse crumbs and also we will stir it in pecans.
Now we will sprinkle it and bake for 30 minutes and make the cake cool on the wire rack.
It was all about the banana cake, it is ready to be served in your party to make that party more exciting!

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
