Ingredients:
01) 1/4 cup of olive oil
02) 3 cloves garlic in crushed form
03) 1/4 cups of fresh lemon juice
04) 1 teaspoon of salt
05) 1 teaspoon of freshly grated lemon peel
06) 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Above are the ingredients for marinade
07) 6 whole lg. chicken breast
08) 3 tablespoons of olive oil
09) 1 cup of milk
10) 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard
11) 2 tablespoons of butter
12) half teaspoon of salt
13) 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
14) 2 egg yolk
15) fresh grated peel of lemon
16) Half cup of muenster shredded cheese
17) 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
18) 1 teaspoon of dried dill weed
19) 1/4 cup of fresh minced parsley
20) 1 pound of angel hair pasta
21) 1/4 cup of melted butter
22) 1 cup of sour cream
23) Half cup of feta crumbled cheese

Preparation:
Take a bowl and we will mix all the ingredients for marinade.Now using plastic ziploc bags we will pound the chicken breasts and place in it and then we will refrigerate it for almost twelve hours. Then we will discard the marinade and will heat the oil in skillet and the saute the chicken and make it tender, slice and keep it aside.
Now using a sauce pan we will melt butter and blend in flour and then we will add salt to make a roux. In the next step we will add mustard and then we will add milk slowly and we will continue to stir this and we will make it thick.
Now using a small bowl we will combine egg yolk, lemon peel and lemon juice together and then we will whisk the little amount of roux into the mixture of egg. Then whisk the egg mixture into roux and then boil it.
Now we will remove it from heat and add dill and parsley and when it is wet we will stir it in sour cream Now we will add butter !/4 cup , 3/4 cup of egg sauce and feta cheese to cooked paste and then we will stir this well. Now we will place in greased casserole and then we will top with sliced chicken and also with remaining sauce and cheese then in the last step we will boil it and make the cheese golden here we have best Greek lemon cooked chicken.
