01) 2 tablespoons of canola oil
02) 6 potatoes (sweet) ; cut these potatoes into french fries
3) 1/4 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
04) 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix
Now we will see the preparation of this baked sweet potato fries recipe.
Preparation:
In the first step we will preheat the oven to 425 degree of F 0r 220 degree of C.
Now we will take a plastic bag; in this bag we will combine the
sweet potatoes,
taco seasonings,
canola oil,
cayenne pepper.
Now in the next step we will close and shake the bag until the fries are coated and we will shake them in the way that they should be evenly coated. Now in the next step we will spread the fries. For this we will use 2 large baking sheet and the fries will be spread into one layer.
Now the next step i of baking, in this step we will bake it for almost thirty minutes and we make it crispy; and the color will be turned brown on 1 side; then we will cook for another 30 minutes after turning fries and we may use the spatula for this. Now we will also make it more crispy on the other side as a result the fries will be turned crispy and tender inside.
If we used thinner fries it may not take time as long as the thick fries can take.
The baked sweet potato fries are ready to served; serve this sweet potato fries along with ketchup or guacamole. you will enjoy the crispness of fries!
